ceramics

by rosie purvis
about
Alongside ceramics I currently work in photography and design, but my career to date has been extensive and varied! I come from a business and marketing background, spending many years in the public and private sectors, then moving into banking and eventually become a financial consultant. However, becoming a mum to three children shifted my priorities and I took a career break and had time to rethink.

So I started over, beginning with a foundation diploma in art and design and then going back to university again to study contemporary ceramics and then a little photography. Alongside my studies, I took every opportunity I could to learn from experienced potters and gain as much knowledge of the craft and industry as possible.

In time, my work will be sold here through my website and I will keep things up to date through my instagram page.
