Please be aware that I am a one person studio. I make, pack and send everything myself. There will be times when I'm slower than I’d like and I will occasionally make mistakes. I really appreciate patience and kindness.

shipping

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 business days. International orders can take up to 15 business days. You will receive an email from the courier when your order is on its way. On occasion I may need to be in touch for further contact details to ensure your parcel is delivered correctly.

For international shipping please be aware that there might be tax or customs charges. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

If your parcel is lost or damaged please be in touch and I will assist in anyway I can. Please contact me within 48 hours with a photograph of the item. After this time, I cannot be held responsible for goods that are no longer in my care

returns

Returns are only accepted if I shipped the incorrect items. This rarely happens, and I will do my best to ensure you are happy with replacements or refunds.

care

My pots are handmade and are more fragile than industrially manufactured work. I recommend handwashing your pieces, not putting them in the microwave and avoiding using the pieces with food or drink that heavily stains. However, stoneware is microwave and dishwasher proof so if you choose to do this, please take extra care.
